Are your certified translations accepted by UK authorities?

Our certified translations are prepared for common UK requirements, including immigration, legal, academic, passport and business use. Requirements can vary, so please confirm directly with the receiving organisation if they have specific instructions.

How much does certified translation cost?

Certified single-page documents start from £35 per page. Multi-page documents start from £0.12 per word. Final pricing depends on the language, word count, document type, formatting and urgency. Prices exclude 20% VAT.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is usually 2–3 working days for many documents. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on the language and document length.

Can I receive a hard copy?

Yes. Certified translations can be delivered as a PDF by email, and printed hard copies can be posted if required.

Do I need notarisation or apostille?

Some authorities request notarisation, legalisation or apostille in addition to certified translation. Sworn or notarised statements start from £45 as an add-on, and apostille or legalisation starts from £75 as an add-on.
