What translation services do you offer?

Certified, business, legal, medical, technical and marketing translation, plus full localization (website, software, app) and on-site and remote interpreting — across 120+ languages.

Which languages do you cover?

More than 120, with native linguists in every pair — from common European languages to rare and regional ones. You can browse the directory or check a specific pair on our Languages page.

Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes. We're a UK agency but work with clients worldwide, delivering everything digitally and shipping hard copies where a certified original is required.

Certified & official
What is a certified translation?

A translation accompanied by a signed statement confirming it's a true and accurate rendering of the original, produced by a qualified translator or agency. It's what most UK institutions require for official documents.

Certified, sworn or notarised — which do I need?

It depends on the receiving authority. Certified covers most UK uses; sworn is required in some countries; notarised adds a notary's verification of the translator's identity. Tell us where the document is going and we'll confirm exactly which you need.

Are your translations accepted by the Home Office, UKVI and courts?

Yes. Our certified translations are accepted by the Home Office, UKVI, HM Courts, universities, embassies and notaries, with sworn, notarised and apostille options where required.

Can you provide apostille or legalisation?

Yes — we can arrange notarisation and FCDO apostille/legalisation as add-ons when the receiving country requires the document to be legalised for international use.

Pricing & turnaround
How much does a translation cost?

It depends on the language pair, word count, specialism and turnaround. Short certificates are a fixed per-page rate; longer documents are priced per word. Send your document and you'll get a fixed, all-in quote — usually within the hour.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes — small jobs are subject to a minimum order that covers a qualified linguist, review and certification on short documents such as a single certificate.

How quickly can you deliver?

Standard certified documents are typically delivered same or next business day. Larger projects are scoped with a guaranteed turnaround date confirmed before we start.

Do you offer rush or same-day translation?

Yes — expedited and same-day options are available for most language pairs and document types, with any surcharge confirmed up front in your quote.

Do your prices include VAT?

Quoted rates exclude VAT; 20% UK VAT is added at checkout where applicable. VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim it.

Process & confidentiality
How do you ensure accuracy?

Every project follows an ISO 17100 process: a native specialist linguist translates, a second qualified linguist independently revises, and a final QA checks terminology, numbers and formatting before delivery.

Can I provide a glossary or preferred terminology?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. We'll build it into a project glossary and translation memory so your terms and voice stay consistent across this and every future project.

Will the translation match my original formatting?

Yes. We mirror the layout of the source document, and offer full desktop publishing for complex artwork, manuals and multilingual files.

Is my document kept confidential?

Always. Every project is covered by an NDA and handled on GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001-aligned systems. We never share your files and delete them on request once your project is complete.

Interpreting & localization
Do you offer interpreting?

Yes — telephone, video remote and on-site interpreting, including conference (simultaneous) and registered legal and court interpreting with security-cleared linguists where required.

Can you localize a website, app or software?

Yes. We handle end-to-end localization — UI strings, content, documentation and QA — and can integrate with your release cycle and developer-friendly file formats.

Getting started
How do I get a quote?

Upload a scan or photo of your document on the order page, or send it via the contact form. We'll confirm a fixed, all-in price — including certification and turnaround — usually within one business hour.

How do I pay?

We accept secure online card payment once you approve your quote. Business clients can also be set up with invoicing terms for ongoing work.
